TGB Blades have been tested and approved by kiwi farmers, hunters, orchardists and lifestylers and they didn’t hold back. They gave them hell and we listened and adapted to suit. TGB Blades are out there now working and performing in New Zealand.
We are an established business with over 30 years mechanical and rural experience. Our business is down to earth and practically suited to meet the needs of kiwis that want to get out there and get the job done.
TGB New Zealand is committed to bringing these tough and dependable all terrain vehicles to Aotearoa New Zealand. We are offering a feature rich but practically made ATV that has been adapted to New Zealand’s unique conditions.
TGB A world wide recongized brand
Mr. Chang Chi-Fu established TVC (Taiwan Vespa Company LTD) producing Vespa Scooters. Later TGB was established as a subsidiary of TVC, manufacturing and exporting scooter CVTs to the European market. TGB became a reliable and trusted supplier of CVTs to the world leading manufactures of scooters, ATVs and Snowmobiles such as Minarelli, Peugeot, and Polaris.
TGB Began to develop its own utility ATV aimed at worldwide markets. The Blade 400 quickly became one of the most popular ATVs in Europe winning the French title of “Quad Bike of the Year” in 2007.
The new TGB 500 ATV range hit the market with the BLADE 550 quickly being nominated as the best-selling ATV in France and Germany. The BLADE 550 IRS received “ATV of the Year 2010” and title of “Utility ATV of the Year 2010” and in 2011 was the best selling ATV in the Czech Republic.
TGB ATVs were upgraded with electronic fuel injection technology (EFI). With modern technology, TGB ATVs were even more user-friendly, easier to operate, lower fuel consumption and higher performance. The BLADE 550 received “Quad of the Year 2013” in Germany.
TGB developed its own Electric Power Steering system (EPS). The EPSD significantly contributed to better handling, safer driving, and easier control. The latest model with EPS further strengthened TGB’s market position across Europe.
TGB launched its 1000 ATV, the most powerful engine among Taiwanese manufacturers with the engine being used by other agricultural manufacturers for their UTV products.
TGB manufactures scooters, ATVs, CVTs and engines for more than 40 countries, focusing on continuing the development of modern and high class products.
TGB New Zealand brought the well proven BLADE 550 EPS and BLADE 600AR EPS to the New Zealand market. They very quickly proved that the rural New Zealand environments are no match for the hardiness and reliability of TGB ATVs. They are currently being used on NZ dairy farms, orchards, lifestyle blocks, and for hunting, fishing and off-roading.
